At the Wellington Registered Master Builders Association 2008 Commercial Project Awards, Mainzeal won the supreme RMB Commercial Project of the Year award for the Wellington Airport International Terminal Alterations.

South Island Area Area staff said their goodbyes to Arthur Grant on his retirement at a function held at the Chateau on The Park Hotel on Friday 18 th April 08.

Mainzeals senior management and partners from throughout the regions together with SI Areas clients, consultants and guests celebrated Mainzeal 40 th Birthday at a function held at the Chateau on The Park Hotel in Christchurch on Monday 21 April. It was also an opportunity to say goodbye to Arthur Grant on his retirement
