Mainzeal Buildings Recognised in the 2011 PCNZ Awards

The long-running Property Council Rider Levett Bucknall Awards attract submissions for New Zealand’s top commercial properties. The awards celebrate excellence in commercial property development and this year seven Mainzeal projects were recognised in the awards:

  • Wintec House | Excellence awards in the Education and Arts, and Heritage and Adaptive Reuse categories
  • The Supreme Court of New Zealand | Excellence awards in the Heritage Adaptive Reuse, and Special Purpose categories
  • Lion Integrated Beverage Facility, The Pride | Excellence award in the Industrial property category
    • The Alan MacDiarmid Building | Merit award in the Education and Arts category
    • Keri Keri Police Station | Merit award in the Special Purpose category
    • Wellington Airport International Terminal Redevelopment | Merit award in the Special Purpose category
    • Nelson Technical Hangar | Merit award in the Industrial category

Submissions need to show economic and financial data and are judged on the return on investment, operation and maintenance factors, the degree of difficulty, environmentally sustainable features, usability and urban design principles.
