Due to expanding workloads, we have opportunities for Senior Quantity Surveyors in our Christchurch business. The key objective of the role is to provide strategic, commercial, contractual and financial management for construction projects in order to manage business and project risks, contractual obligations, expenditure, revenue recovery, and achieve or better project margin targets in a manner that ensures Mainzeal and its clients’ expectations are met.
You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with the client, Mainzeal staff, and subcontractors and suppliers, while proactively managing all projects to ensure established financial budgets and margins are met.
Successful candidates will have an academic or professional qualification in Financial Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or another relevant field, and have relevant experience within the construction industry.
