Over the years a number of Mainzeal’s clients have discussed opportunities in the residential housing market. With this in mind along with the opportunity to be involved in the rebuilding of Christchurch, a decision was made to establish a new division – Mainzeal Living.
Mainzeal Living is establishing our first offices in the Canterbury region and has established a Joint Venture partnership with Stonewood Homes. We will build smaller houses on smaller sites to meet the market demand. The JV with Stonewood gives us access to 25 years of residential experience and the opportunity for a quick start-up. Mainzeal brings to the JV a regional network of offices, our extensive skills in large scale project management and planning, our sustainability expertise, our ISO certified management, safety and environmental systems and our 40+ year history – all of which will provide our new residential clients with a high degree of confidence and a long overdue ‘Building Certainty’.
Mainzeal Living will be delivering a range of lifestyle options throughout New Zealand. Our team will also be looking at opportunities to deliver integrated housing precincts, residential communities and medium to high density projects, ensuring we have a product to suit a wide variety of needs and budgets.
