Mainzeal's Interiors team works in the specialty area of office and retail fitouts, alterations and additions and refurbishments. The nature of these projects means they usually require a quick turnaround and most of the tasks are undertaken in busy buildings. Our Interiors division is able to pull project teams together quickly and commit resources in a relatively short time frame.
Mainzeal has many examples where our Construction and Interiors teams have worked side by side to deliver a base build and fitout in parallel. This ability to integrate the projects using the same main contractor protects guarantees and eliminates unnecessary and costly rework through enhanced communication between the divisions. It also allows for more widespread and better coordinated use of key project resources.
